  10.        Open Inventor 2.0.1 Execution Environment is a bug-fix
  11.        release upgrade to Open Inventor 2.0 that runs on IRIX 5.3.
  12.        It is required on any system that runs Open Inventor 2.0 or
  13.        2.0.1 programs.  There are a variety of programs that
  14.        require this subsystem and thus it is installed by default.

  19.        The curious user may be interested in running the Inventor
  20.        demonstration programs (inventor_eoe.demo.progs), or
  21.        browsing the sample 3d models that are supplied
  22.        (inventor_eoe.sample.data). Open up a desktop folder on the
  23.        Inventor sample data directory( /usr/share/data/models
  24.        installed by subsystem inventor_eoe.data.sample) and
  25.        double-click on the icons to view the 3d models, (or use the
  26.        shell to run /usr/sbin/ivview - ivview is installed as part
  27.        of inventor_eoe.sw.inventor).

  31.        Open Inventor 2.0.1 is the first bug-fix release of Inventor
  32.        2.0 and runs on IRIX 5.3.  Open Inventor 2.0 was the second
  33.        major release of Inventor, and runs on IRIX 5.2-based
  34.        operating systems.  A plethora of new features and fixes
  35.        have been added since IRIS Inventor 1.0.
